Sand Box

My son, E loves to go to the beach and loves to play sand too. So we decided to built him a nice sand box and big enough to play with his lil sister or friends.

My husband designed it and did almost all, I was just a helper. I had a little helper too, my son.

It's built from pressure treated lumbers.

Buttery Cream Cheese Bars

I found this recipe from here, it's so yummy and super easy to make. I made it again and again.
I reduce the sugar from 2 3/4 cup to 2 1/4 cup.

A: 8 oz. cream cheese
    2 eggs
    2 1/4 cups powdered sugar
Beat together with mixer until smooth.


B:  1 Yellow cake mix
     1 stick of melted butter
     1 egg
Mix together.
Press the crust mixture (B) into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.


Pour the mixture (A) over the crust (B).
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until light brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
